I am 36 years old and in generally moral health. In March I had a period that last a lil over 2 weeks then I had a light time of year in April. Since then everything went hindmost to normal till now. I have be having my period for 9 days now, its not unhealthy or anything it just a normal flow. Should I be concerned?
Answers:
It could be the start of menopause.
Well the body changes all the time and masses things can effect your period. Your 36 which is kinda too young to be starting the onset of menopause but not impossible. Depends on when you started your cycle. If read out you were 9-10 yrs old when you started you might be in the drastically early stages? But again your body changes all the time, own you had a changes going on like increase within stress level, diet changes, loss or gain amy weight lately? Talk to your OB/GYN.
Most of the time it's normal. It could be because you're stressed nearly something and that's what might be affecting you. In other strange cases, it could be that your body is STILL adjusting to this change (your period, I mean) It take YEARS sometimes , depending on the person's body, to adjust to all these hormones (It's usually the first few years, but sometimes, like I said, stress is the cause) If this doesn't convince you, then dance ahead and ask a doctor ;)

Hopefully this helps.
