In your inference, what's the "safest" birth control?

i'm curious to know what other people think is good.
i can`t stand loestrin24fe. it's the worst pill ever. seriously.
estrostep made me gain alot of weight.
right now i am on yaz. just started my first pack, and i'm single on the 3rd day.

i found on the internet that yaz is a very very popular create for blood clots.
maybe i'm being paranoid, or maybe i'm one smart?
i'm not sure, but i just found it odd that there be lawfirms, and websites and all that fancy stuff, all dedicated to suing because of complications cause by yaz (stroke, organ failure, massive blood clots, etc).
Answers:
for safest i suggest the pill and a condom

for pill suggestions i like and use tri-cyclen lo and i havents have any issues with it. these are the ones my doctor recommended. i also know of lots of other people that use these ones too. (:
ok well i know yaz dont work and hearing these facts you bring to the table panic me. lol I was on YAZ and hey guess what im prego. Im about to deliver my frist child any day presently...I think that im going to stick with condomes and thats it, our bodys arnt ment to have chemicals stop us from ovulating and what not. If used corectly condomes are the safest opening to prevent preganacy, and the only way to prevent and std except for abstanence....and hey were solely human. lol Source(s): I got prego off of YAZ, but never did when I used a condome.
hmm birth control condoms and s.l
I use the patch..Ive been on it for 4 years and havent have any problems with it and I dont have to remember to take a pill everyday. but the merely down side is you get the patch residue on your skin and it a pain to wash past its sell-by date. Source(s): http://www.orthoevra.com/index.html
implanon. its a plastic rod shaped thing that goes within your upper arm, near your armpit. it hurts to get it put in, but it works amazing. i haven't have a period since october. (:
Safe is a relative term depending on the person. For some people the pill within general isn't a good option, or an IUD isn't a correct option, etc... I'd go with a pill that have been on the market for a long time that has a proven track history, though. Personally, I'd go with Ortho Cyclen. That is one I hold used off and on when I've used the pill starting in the mid 1990s. For me, there be no side-effects. With the "tri" level hormone pills like Tri-Cyclen, although they work well, I tend to develop benign breast and abdominal tumors after a few months. Others don't give the impression of being to have any problem with those type of pills.
