A method to smoothness time cramps?

im 12 and my period hasn't came for 4months until today, then i get a really bad period cramp. im just wondering how to stop/ease the throbbing without using medicine.
Answers:
eat bananas! YUM! :D
Some good ways to treat cramping are heating pads/hot wet bottle, hot baths, you can try taking some advil or tylenol, sometimes birth control pills help. Sometimes, if they are bad enough, a prescription medication is required. Try the other methods first, if they don't help out, then see a doctor. I can tell you that cramps are worse when you're younger. As you get elder, they usually aren't as bad.
Try a heat pad or thermacare patches. Take a hot shower or bath to backing with the cramps. Get some rest and relax. Good luck. Source(s): 20 years of horrible cramps.
A warm tub tends to help me. And this may seem unbelievably gross, but I once read a Cosmo magazine article that recommended getting your mind off the pain through stimulation (I'd rather not explain what I close-fisted by that... though you can probably figure it out).
masturbate i do it i am 11
bananas are great to ease cramps. although it doesnt ease the pain 100%, it still help alot.

bananas contain b12 vitamins which helps ease those cramps.
hope you feel better:)
I know you don't want to take medication but the best thing to do is to take a vitamin before and during your length. It helps with the chemical imbalance and the cramps. A rapid remedy could be to eat bananas for the potassium. Also a heating pad or a tablecloth warmed up for 15 seconds in the microwave and lay it across your stomach. Don't raise anything heavy and always wear socks or shoes don't walk around barefooted because it will also rationale cramps. Masturbating will make period go away quicker but it wont stop cramps and the end thing you want to do on your period is take a hip bath cause it will cause hellified cramps take a shower instead. Or you can rub some mineral rime or icy hot on your stomach if you don't have a heating pad. Hope the backache goes away.
Heating pads or any over the counter pain tablets, like Advil.
A hot water bottle on your stomach, lie down as much as you can and roughly relax. I do it while watching a good film so it take my mind of it. When you forget it it go.
I usually only just pop an aspirin, it's fool proof.
it's really hard to get them to travel away without advil or midol or something. however you can use a heating pad on your stomach or nick a nice warm bath. I got tablets prescribed because I have such bad cramps and warm stuff on your lower tummy where on earth the cramps are really does help. email me if you need anything else.
light excersise, heat pack on your abs, warm tub,and green tea
