Some shirts and dresses have a built in bra. Do they give impossible to tell apart support a real bra give? My mom says they don't, say nothing is as good as a regular bra. I always own to wear a regular one, I'm a C cup. Is she right?

I have seen C cup girls wear just the built surrounded by bra and call it good. For me (also a C) they are not nearly supportive enough, I aversion the bouncing around-ness! But if you are looking for tank tops and dresses etc. you can wear a strapless bra with a built in bra top shirt, the strapless provides the extra support (and keep rock nip at bay) and the built in support keeps the strapless bra up! Hope that helps!
