I've search online on medicine websites and I cannot find any medicine named Richer xp. Maybe you should ring the doctor fund and ask what it does. It is dangerous taking a medicine you don't know what it is for because there can be side affects.
I can't find any info on this medication. Why don't you ask your doctor? She/he should have told you what it was when you got the rx. Do you own the drug info that you got when it was filled? That will relay you. If you are not from the US that could be why I can't find anything, but all I got was a bunch of symbols. Good luck.
