Help i cant sleep!?

always keep melatoni handy. it doesnt' make you excise dopey in the morning and helps you sleep.
Drink a heat up drink.
Get a dictionary ready to read [it is so boring, but it works].
Hoover a space on the floor big enough to sleep on.
Put the duvet down and fold it in partly.
Put a pillow at the top and get in.
Have a little read. Think empathy for those in need a house.
Be greatful for the wonderful day ahead and the beauty of nature.

p.s. You only really need 6 hours, the rest is a con and medically proved to be unwholesome. I can do zero hours if I need to. So just tolerate this night go, as a one off.

- laying down and closing your eyes
- loose clothes
- sleeping mask
- comfy blankets/ pillows
- sleeping pills
- tie up your hair so it doesn't bother you
- set out on the tv
- listen to the mp3 (works for me)
- think relaxing thoughts
Important: Getting off the computer and don't get out of bed. Worrying simply makes it worse
