First and foremost I congrat u on wanting to lose the wgt and be on top form but just dont have a plan to get near. Anyone can lose wgt. You just need to know how. It just take patience and discipline. You need to try some new things to lose wgt. First, bring in sure you keep the calories to 1500 a day and try to get protein surrounded by every meal u have as a part of that. Drink like mad of water throughout the day - bottled ice cold wet does it for me. Drink plenty of water with your meals. As for exercise, if you similar to biking try going three times a week for at least an hour a day and work yoursefl up to two hours per day. For every 3500 calories burned you will lose a pound. Moderate horizontal biking will burn about 600 cal/hr. Between diet and exercise you could lose 3 lbs per week - this is realistic and long term to draw from where u desire to be.
There are form benefits to denying yourself food for a SHORT period of time, a couple of days max. (yes I know Muslims fast for a month but they're sensible about it they munch through before sunrise and after sunset, so they are only denying themselves food and water for a few hours at a time, and thus relish health benefits from their fasts.)

im big too and me and my mom are both trying to lose shipment. starving yourself will just make you low surrounded by nutrients. you need three meals a day to lose solidity, and four food groups. your plate should be half vegetables, a quarter meat and a quarter grain. drink a lot of hose. if you start to go to the bathroom more that means your losing weight. weigh yourself right when you achieve up before you eat or drink anything but after you go to the bathroom. exercise greatly and it would probably be a good idea to calorie count a little. a short time ago check stuff to see. oh and stuff with aspartame makes you gain weight to so use that splenda stuff. most of this i bookish from my doctor. good luck. :)
That is very very unpromising for your health, and im sure you are already aware of that. No Personal trainer, dietition, or doctor would recomend that for weight loss. I have once tried not drinking, and whenever i got the urge to eat i would throw it up. It doesn't work, and because i was balemic for in the region of 4 months, my back teeth now need work done because of the stomich tart burning them and creating holes in my teeth. And that was a few years ago now. I just now had a baby. So i have have a fair amount of extra weight to loose, and you know the only entity that i found that works unfortunlty is hard work and diet. Though i don't cancel out all fatty foods out of my diet, its nice to treat yourself once a week, and its athletic to have a small treat once a week. Just don't go over bored with it. Constantly excersizing, and watching what you chomp through honestly is the only thing that works, and wont make you sick. If you want to be in shape, excersize and eat right... If you want to just be skinny and don't give a embankment about your health and well beeing than do it your approach. but be prepaird for the health risks. Being skinny is not worth risking your life for. Though dieting and excersize takes a long time, it will actualy increase your sound, over all wellbeing, and life expectancy

best thing to do is avoid fatty food and keep active throughout the hours of daylight, u dont need to do crazy amounts of excersise... but keep at it and eventually u will get start seeing a difference....
honestly tho, brand sure u eat BREAKFAST!, tis very important to hold u going in the day, stops u snacking as much, and keeps ur metabolism up. U might enjoy an advantage aswel because generally bigger ppl have better metabolic rates (means u lose weight easier).
So keep at it... and whatever u do... dont do dugs thats baaaaad... lol

what happens when u 'starve' yourself is....u really dont lose weight. your body starts taking 'water weight' to facilitate u not lose weight because thats jsut how the body is designed. of course if u do this long enough your body starts intake itself. which can lead to hospitalization and death. its NEVER a good impression to starve yourself and drugs are NEVER an answer.
keep eating right. keep walking. but try to exercise more than merely walking. lift weights, gradually get yourself into jog or something. find a trainer who can help u turn your body fat into muscle.
you will starve then end up bingeing and fatter.
You should munch through 5-6 small meals a day and drink 8 8 ounce glasses of marine a day, that along with exercise let me lose 75 pounds. It did help yourself to about 9 months to accomplish.
