If i lost a pill from my pack of yaz birth control, will anything happen if i skip it. and is there different affects depending on what pill i miss? (it is not a placebo i lost)

if you skip one pill yes basically one pill it will be 30 days before the birth control will be back to 99.9%

You can either filch tomorrows pill and continue taking each pill a day rash, or take the last active pill surrounded by the pack then continue taking the rest of the pills on schedule. Your cycle will be a afternoon shorter this month, but that's not a big deal. You shouldn't skip it. Just be sure you take one pill every day and start your subsequent pack immediately after finishing this pack.
