Why do they put caffeine within Midol?

I need one right now...but don't want to be up all hours of darkness!!

I know caffeine stimulates blood flow, so that may have something to do with it.
Probably because fatigue is a symptom of pms and I think it acts similar to a catalyst to circulate the medicine more quickly.
