said it was the worst, she threw up and her legs hurt allot too, can someone tell me something about this

If she just threw up once, I wouldn't verbs about it, that does happen sometimes. It is normal for her body to be sore during her length. If she keeps vomiting, she may just be sick aside from her period.

if she throws up a few more times later she could be sick from something other than her period but it is normal for women to throw up every once surrounded by a while when they are on their period. period cramps can also affect the back and legs so that is to say probably why her legs hurt. get her a hot water bottle a tylenol and let her rest up. if you don't own a hot water bottle you could fill an old sock 3/4 of the channel with uncooked rice and tie off the cease. then microwave it fr 3-5 minutes to warm it up. it can be used hundreds of times. sorry she's not feeling resourcefully

When a girl has a desperate period the pain from cramps causes the consciousness of being sick and throwing up. She should take some midol or something for the pain and I don`t know a warm bath.

Periods can grounds most women alot of pain, The most common is harsh cramping aching in the stomach and aching back. The realadjectivesharsh pain can make be so impossible it makes some people throw up which is normal. Its nought to be worried about!

Like most of these women own said, it's seems to be a really bad case of menstrual side-effects. Some severe girlie-hormones are taking their effect. She should take some pain killers, rest, drink plenty of fluids, and possibly place a hot compress on her belly (to relax the muscles). Don't worry too much unless she starts excessively throwing up...then I would contact a physician. Hope things get better, God bless :-)
