Well that would depend on how old you are and if you have have any vaginal births as of yet..!
Now normally if you go to the bathroom to pee.... mid road through stop it.... you contract the muscles in the vagina and the urine stops, that is a good course to practice, but to get a fuller workout with then... you should look into a set of two of vaginal balls.. they are made to be put into the vagina itself and gives you a sense of resistance while you work them.
Other wise once you hold got a pair of them and are able to budge through a normal day with them inserted into your vagina I would suggest to try a twosome of duo tone balls.... they are just like the regular ones but are a smaller bubble inside a larger one and the results of having them in for any amount of time is well...... You will see..LOL!
