If you can feel your tampon at all, that finances it's not in far enough. Push it up a little bit more.

If you enjoy a really heavy flow, then it would probably be good to use the super-absorbency tampons and to relocate them about every four hours. Try to get the kind beside the plastic applicator. Also wear a pad just as a back-up.

NEVER, leave alike tampon in for more than eight hours.

Using tampons for your first period is generally foolish, but in your case, it doesn't sound similar to a bad idea. Source(s): life.
i agree, you should not use tampons yet.

If your pads leak alot merely use a higher absorbency.
YOU ARE NOT READY FOR A TAMPON

like it or not, you should NOT wear one for a year, your vagina is just getting use to the extent, and it is not in all the way, it will not progress in all the way for something like a year.

you can get very sick from putting a tampon in.

again, it is NOT surrounded by all of the way, you should be able to stick partially you finger in before touching it, there is a string, and it will not find stuck.

i promise.
