17, outstandingly irregular spell, cranky and bloated?
i dont want to go on birth control.
how can i any regulate my period, or stop feeling so hormonal?
Answers:
i started mine when i turned 11, and i still have that problem. you can try to talk to your doctor, they can help you, and try working out and intake healthy foods. YAZ can work wonders and it is for the pmdd symptoms (look it up) it is birth control, but it is so much better. u are so young, i fear if you progress on bc, your repro system could get compromised
If your interval is irregular it's not bad. I have the same problem i get about 3 to 4 months without it.
i've been to the doctor and they said it's common and once you get to a certain age it will be on track.
but i suggest you go see a doctor lately in case and if they tell you something different
agree to me know!

I would reconsider the Pill. It will help greatly. Talk to your docter about any other options
