i was having really bad cramps ending night and i dont know why. my period ended a week and a partly ago and i am not pmsing. why am i having cramps?

maybe when u were sleeping ur stomach wasn't covered with a blanket, thats what make me get really bad cramps

sometimes you have cramps after your period too! its conventional just take pain relievers etc or what ever you do to minister to them. also your stomache could be upset so you should rest
