Plan B Should I use it? Or should I ask - Is it for me?
Answers:
Plan b is NOT a reliable method of birth control. It can mess up your natural cycle and will mess with your body's hormones. Its used for emergency's not nonspecific birth control. Use condoms.
Plan B is emergency contraceptive..when you have unprotected sex and your boyfriend cums surrounded by you, within 72 hours, you go get it. It's greatly of money-$48 for 2 pills. It's not worth it! Just use condoms or a female foam or jelly.
use condoms
I would use condoms.
Too much use of plan B can cause major damage to your body!
CONDOMS ARE KEY!
If you can afford a $42 pill you can afford a $10 box of condoms.
I just this minute the Plan B. It seemed like a good perception at the time. It cost me $48 and that was the cheapest in my area (Kroger).
It be all good, until I started having the worst cramps of my enthusiasm. It lasted ,in intenisity, for three peroids. This was because the huge amounts of hormones it released contained by my body. I will not use it again
I also have sex very sporatically and did not see the point of BC. but it you look at it cost effectivly: BC cost $9-$12 a month. It would give somebody a lift 5 months to cost the same as Plan B. That is 2-3 times of sex (based on having sex once every two months)
Over a year you would spend $300 on Plan B and $90-$120 on Birth Control.
You do the math.
