Is it true that the clitoris nouns have to be stimulated earlier the piercer can Peirce the womanly genitalia?

Answers:
no - they shouldn't touch it at all. Source(s): my experience
Sexual arousal increases clitoris swelling but hey, don't do this!!
Also, stimulation can cause orgasm and the swelling will lessen making the event counter-productive.
EW. Why would you ever want to get that pierced?
I think a lot of it depends on your anatomy and the type of piercing you get. This website have a lot of good information and should be able to assist you:

They generally don't pierce the clitoris, they generally pierce the clitoral hood, but I enjoy never heard of it having to be stimulated before mitt.
It has to be sticking out so it can be pierced.
When a friend had hers done, and we were there to survey and take photos, the only stimulation done was any her mind going 900 mph or the guy (yes, it was a guy) swabbing on the alcohol to clean such a pretty area.. His fingers pinching the hood a bit, pulling it slightly out and away of the actual clit lower than it and then using a spring loaded gizmo gun to "shoot" a needle thru followed by the gold ring... It be over that fast and quick... By time she jumped and squealed, it be already done...

She later remarked of the quick sting, and then dull twinge for a while..

There was NO stimulation what so ever.. No extra rubbing, touching or anything. It is NOT needed..! If the guy says so, he's just copping a free surface..
