Is this my term or not?

When I wipe there is this brownish bloody gooey discharge. There is no blood when I pee though. I can't tell if it is coming from my vagina or butt. I don't know if this is my period or not (never have it). This is embarrassing question to ask but I'm concerned..i'm 14
