Back niggle due to roomy breasts?

My cup size is 34 DD. I'm 5''0 and 118 pounds. I have never had a problem before but I have recently lost a lot of weight and my breast size hasn't changed much...and the more freight I lose the more of a problem the back pain is. It is painful when I am on my foot for a while...after about 20 minutes or so...and especially when I try to practice proper posture. The pain is kind of surrounded by the area of where my bra strap sits, and it's not muscle pain, it feel more like my spine is stressed....Anyway....I'm asking if this sounds like it is due to larger breasts...I didn't think so at first because I didn't perceive like mine are large enough to produce a problem...anyway...let me know what you think. I would appreciate any advice to fix it...thank you.

i dont gain how people get back backache from big breast when im 30E and only 13. is it because of your bra? :) Source(s): me :)
Ignore the above answer...It isn't classy and big breasts can be a huge problem for many women.

Anyway, my mother has a similar problem as you do, and while she never get breast reduction surgery she says she wishes she did. While I wouldn't advise you to do anything that extreme, I really believe you should go to your doctor and explain the situation. Maybe a better, more supportive bra would do the trick, or some sort of medication. You shouldn't have to be in twinge like that all the time, and judging from where on earth the pain is centered it's unfortunately probably due to your breasts. Please check with your doctor to procure professional advice about this, and I really hope everything works out for the best.
You without doubt could be having problems because of larger breasts. My mother, sister, and two cousins have all have reductions (I got lucky with a C...) and insurance covered them adjectives because they went to doctors who could prove back problems.
If you do not have the time/money/nerve for the surgery, try wearing a regular bra beside a sports bra over it. They will keep your breasts higher on your chest so it won't pull so much at your spine... my sister used to wear a regular bra beside two sports just to flatten them and keep them closer. Good luck, sorry you have to agreement with this!
i have an idea. how nearly, be happy that you have those and not a 32B like me?! :D
