Progesterone supplements and prenatal vitamins?

Whats the difference between the two? are they the same?

I was told to take progesterone supplements but do i bring them before and while i'm pregnant or once i get pregnant?

and am I supposed to take prenatal vitamins while trying to conceive?

should i help yourself to both?
Answers:
They're different. Progesterone is a hormone, vitamins are just that....vitamins. Progesterone is needed for a healthy pregnancy. If your body is not producing enough and you are pregnant, it can result surrounded by a miscarriage. You were probably told to take the supplements because you're low. I can't tell you whether to bring it or not or when to take it. Only your doctor can tell you. Don't take our push for on this subject! Progesterone can be a serious thing to mess with while pregnant if you abruptly stop using it. Do exactly what your doctor say. It's actually a good thing to switch on prenatal vitamins now if you're trying to conceive. Your body and baby will need adjectives of those extra vitamins while growing.
