My nurse told me that rarely ever happen with a vaginal birth, you have more of a chance next to a c-section. She told me I really have nothing to worry going on for... anyone have a blood clot after birth and did you know?? would I know, because im aware of the symptoms... I just need some reassurance to wellbeing my anxiety!
Answers:
First to assure you .....I have had a normal birth and it have been 3 years now and I am doing very economically with nothing wrong and no clotting at all...I go to visit my doctor like 2 times after birth so he can check how I was doing and he give me the thumbs up that I was doing fine. So I would advice you ask your doctor if you need any follow ups near him if you are scared of any thing. As for the panic attacks I would utter its pretty normal after having your first baby to grain either VERY worried or depressed. It like starting a whole tentative life and you are very anxious about if will know how to cope or not but believe me ...with time every thing just flows bu fluently and u will find that you will get less anxious by time. Of course panic attack medication would not be a obedient choice if you are planning to breast feed and if in time you don't feel that the madness attacks are getting less then you should consider talking to some one. Just relax and savour your new bundle of joy and start making him/her a baby book. It took my mind away from thinking depressed thoughts and anxiety of late to sit down and write how my pregnancy went and put pictures of the sonars my doctor gave me and her first pics and so on..Your baby will love it when he/she grows up.
