If you attain the implant put in over the muscle it will not interfere with the mammory glands and you can still breast nurture. If you get it put in under the muscle it cuts the mammory glands and prevents you from person able to breast feed. The downside is that they look more natural beneath the muscle so you're better off to wait, unless you don't care just about them looking fake.

I believe that you can still breast nurture after implants but why not discuss this with your surgeon before you consider surgery?
