Proactiv, OxyClean, various frontage washes and creams, or prescription medications can clear your skin.
No touchy! The more you pick, the bigger it gets. This can also mete out them to go deeper into the skin and get infected. Those hurt and aren't fun to deal near. If there is swelling or redness, stick an ice cube on it. I'm impatient and enjoy to pick them, but i find that the ones I leave alone go away much faster than the ones I harass.
A easy-going exfoliant every few days is beneficial for clearing your pores.
Use only lotions made specifically for the face, and for sensitive or oily skin. Body lotion can be too fatty for the face and clog your pores.
If you wear a foundation or a coverup make sure it can breathe, and always bath your makeup off before you go to bed. It not singular cleans your skin but will save you from wrinkles later in time.
At home treatments that I have used (and that work) include putting alcohol on it (rubbing, not drinking). Perfume works too, the alcohol in it dries it up. That said you don't want to go spraying perfume adjectives over your face. Dab it if you have ONE pimple.
Mix a teaspoon of honey with partly teaspoon each of camphor lotion and tomato juice. Apply this mixture on the pimples and wash after fifteen minutes beside lukewarm water followed by cold water. This also helps blanch spots or marks left by pimples.
Also, if you slice cucumbers and leave them on your facade for 15 minutes, they'll moisturize and clean the skin. Wash your face afterwards.
Cut a tomato in partly and rub it on your face. Tomatoes are very good for your skin.
Birth control can clear up acne, but other side effects are associated near it so it is important to weigh the pros and cons.
Drink lots of water! Staying hydrated will help clear your skin.
If nil works, cross your fingers, hope you grow out of it, and blame genetics.
Well, there's no surefire way to get rid of them, but there are ways to comfort.
I use that Persa-Gel 10 and the Continuous Control Acne Cleanser stuff from Clean and Clear usually.... They have 10% benzoyl peroxide, which can help to dry out your pimples... the only article though, is that it dries up your skin sometimes, too, so if you have really sensitive skin, or that which dries up really easily, then I wouldn't recommend using them. Also, if your skin is already irritated from something (sunburn for example) after DEFINITELY don't use it (it'll hurt so much, and make everything worse!)
I would post links for those, but I can't find any for some reason...
Also, another thing is, try and exfoliator of some charitable (maybe an apricot scrub?) It'll get rid of dead skin cells, and give support to make your skin a little softer, and your pores will much less promising be clogged with dead skin.
Finally, when you do have pimples, don't touch them, or cut into them. Don't pop or mess around with them either (unless they NEED it)
Drink tons of water (it in fact really helps). Wipe your face off if you get sweaty, and if you hold oily skin wash your face occasionally, or use oil-blotting pad. As always, don't eat too many fatty/oily/greasy foods, and try to devour fruits and vegatables. Get a little bit of sun too (I'm not saying go draw from a tan, just don't stay indoors all daytime, soak up some vitamin D, and use sunscreen)
Hope I helped, and good luck! :D
Proactive! Works AWESOME for all skin types!
