I am on my period for the second time, and I just learned how to put a tampon surrounded by yesterday, I don't know if it is in far enough. Is it bad if it isn't surrounded by far enough? I can feel it is in is that middle-of-the-road?

You always put the adaptor in until it reaches your fingers, your fingers should be on the rings/end of the adaptor. Then you merely push the inside of the adaptor that makes sure it is in all the course. And each time you put a new tampon in you might own to put the adaptor in a different angle since your uterus is always moving. I hope that helps.
