I just went to the OB/GYN for the first time; I'm 18 and not sexually active but she put me on the pill because I'm really irregular. What are some of the side effects I might experience, and more outstandingly, what will it do with my weight or appetite?

I just started taking this pill, I've be on it for a month. I actually have less of an appetite than beforehand, but I have also recently started dieting and exercising, so that may have more to do beside it than the pill. I haven't noticed any dramatic changes other than I enjoy had some break through bleeding and acne. All to be expected for the first month or two as your body is adjusting to the change though.
