Not to my knowledge. I have be on birth control since I was sixteen until I was 23. Then rotten from 23 to 26. Now I am back on birthcontrol. I have be on about five different ones and my boobs have remained indistinguishable size. Some birh control pills can cause weight gain and most women gain weightiness in their boobs so I guess you could say it be because of the birthcontrol. But as for it just adding solidity to your boobs, I don't think so.
