Why does it hurt when i rob my tampon out?

Sorry, TMI
I've been using tampons for about 2 years
and today, and yesterday when i took out my tampon it hurt
I've never have this problem before
and I'm usually regular like I other do

Answers:    Did you take them out before they be saturated with fluid? That can sometimes grounds pain..
Because you may be using the wrong size for your flow. If it's mostly dry, it will "scrape" your vagina's walls and feel discomfited as it's pulled out. Try using the right size for your flow (heavy flow - super size, lighter flow - regular size). I think the other answers are right.
If there wasn't plenty blood on the tampon and/or you took it out
too quickly. Maybe you could leave it surrounded by just a little longer, (Don't forget no more than 8 or so hours) and verbs more slowly.

Hope that helps!
xx.
I agree with anyone who say you could be using the wrong absorbency. If i use the wrong size, it hurts me too. Try a step down from what you're using. Everyone is right so far.
