i had that the first time i used it, but then again i did hold my breath lol, i be worried to be honest, but it shouldnt hurt, maybe you've got it contained by too far, or not far enough?
ask your parent about htis if it's worring you, i sure would i wouldn't want to giddy cos of a tampon!
anywayss hope this helps (: xx.
I had this.
I've never used one again because of it.
It's plainly because you aren't used to it and that it is different. Firstly, just relax and be calm...nearby is no rush - you can do it whenever you want. You don't have to use one, and if you keep impression like this, just don't.
Hope it adjectives goes well hun xxx.
i used to bring back that, but now i dont. idk why it happens, but i do know that its easier when your flow is heavier. also, when you put it within, sit up straight but bend over FROM YOU HIPS! (not your back) and RELAX I can't say why that happens but that shouldn't be occurring with the use of the tampon. I would recommend asking a doctor. .
You should breath steady when you are inserting it. When you have it surrounded by there make sure you are breathing. Maybe it's because you're not relaxed or comfortable..*.
I own always felt close to this dizzy and sick, so I havent used them for years as I was afraid of Toxic Shock Syndrome. Your obviously not comfortable!
Id stick wi pad if thats the case
