Either path, it's important to eat. If you don't be aware of hungry, don't force food down your throat, but try to eat little amounts. Drink A LOT of fluids, particularly juice and milk so that you can get some of the nutrients you're missing from food. It's not a bad entry to not be hungry, just so long as you're getting the nutrients and such that you need. But if this last for more than a week, I would see a doctor.
