if you still haven't gotten your period by your docs appointment, ask them to do a blood testing. they are more acurate than the piss tests.

It could be some growth growing next to your ovaries or womb.
See your results for the ultrasound.
.
you're not pregnant, ti's actually fairly difficult to get hold of pregnant sorry don't have an answer but good entry you went to the doctors!.
from what I know, your pregnant, but it could just be an infection Hey, within!
The no protection-no birth control-sexually active statement would make anyone assume it's pregnancy. So, it's a bit curious that you own 3 negative results (even though 2 of them were done at home, and are the most feasible to give a false negative result).
As far as I know, common pregnancy should be without lower abdominal pain and cramps. I'd influence there is a possibility that you were pregnant, which head to a miscarriage. At least there seem to be a hormonal imbalance (either because of a pregnancy or not).
You really should use protection next time. Not solely to prevent unwanted pregnancies but also STIs!
Please note that I'm not a health professional. Hope you achieve better soon!
