What is the best course to mprove posture?
I often notice that I am slumped over slightly. I try to stand up straighter but after a few minutes my wager on starts to hurt(I'm very top heavy). Is hereany any way I can remodel my posture with out the pain.
Answers: Get plenty of exercises. Strengthen your abdominal so the muscles don't hold to work so hard to support you..
