My best guess is that it's a clogged gland. You have things down nearby called Bartholin's glands and they can get clogged and produce bumps. If you aren't sexually active it's probably nothing to verbs about. If they are causing aching I would go to a women's clinic or doctor. I've had this evolve to me and it was just pores clogged up. I have a friend convinced she had a disease and it was only an ingrown hair. I wouldn't worry if you aren't have sex.
