i have a doctors appointment on tuesday for a blood pressure recheck. at my last drop by..4 weeks ago...it was 156/96. im only 15 and i dont know if it might of gone down over these four weeks but what are some things that i could do today, monday, and cut of tuesday to get it possibly lower? ive lost 5-7 pounds in the second 2 weeks because the doctor said that maybe a little exchange in weight might give a hand. what else can i do?

Just don't stress about it going down or you will end up making it jump up when the doctor checks it. Many peoples blood pressure goes up when they are at the doctor anyway because of stress, and if you are worried about your blood pressure man lower that will make it worse
