What sort of exercises can i do..?

to work my arms, stomach, and legs?
the only workout equipment i have is
a 3lb counterbalance thing. i don't want to become
magically skinny. but i have a concert to
run to on may 30, and i want to look a
bit slimmer, and not so self conscious.

the concert is Mindless Self Indulgence!
;] i'm kinda sorta really excited! my very
first concert! but what i really want to work
on is my stomach. but i like the sense
of the pain you get after a obedient workout.
it makes me proud that i did work. lol.
but that's what i want.

u dont really obligation any equipment to work ur arms and legs and stomach. do variations on the crunch, push ups and squats and lunges using weights of any sort to help beside the toning, and increase the amount and time u spend working on each section for quicker results.
if u want specific exercises type 'toning exercises', 'ab exercises', 'arm exercises' or 'leg exercises' into google and u will come up next to a whole bunch with pictures and instructions
