i suck in my stomach everyday.
will it get stuck close to that?
if not
how can i get a flater chest?


Answers:    Do sit-ups I do roughly 100 to 150 a day and you don't have to do them adjectives at once you can do them in sets of 20 or 30 and come back and do more subsequently. .
you can do crunches or sit ups to get your tummy flatter.it would also help to do vascular exercises to get hold of an over all tone of your body. But just sucking it contained by won't help, at least it didn't for me. Not sure why you want a flat chest. You can do crunches and sit-ups to flatten/firm your abs. Some women will never enjoy totally flat abs, but as long as it looks firm, then that's good, too. .
I won't bring stuck like that but toning up your stomach will help it look flatter as heavy takes up twice the space that muscle does. yes that works but if ur gana do situps u hav to do sum cardio b-cuz if u hav stomach flab the stomach flab will only grasp hard not flat.
No - lots of good exercises out within for a flat stomach (leg lifts, crunches, etc.) No it wont stay like that. Do sit ups each day to keep it flat. Wear a sports bra to keep your chest flat..
