I realize there are lots of questions similar to this already but they didnt help. I want to know if you have to stick the applicator's outer bit up there or just the tip of it within then push the inner one?

You have to hold the tampon applicator on the grip. push it in to where on earth your fingers almost touch your vagina, and then push the inner stick to release the tampon. just the tip.
