The Canadian Government and Pregnancy?

I'm aware that doctors inform most of their pregnant patients that alcohol and drugs are a big no-no but what does the government do? I've never seen ad or anything of the sort through the media.. so the question is
Does the Canadian governing body do anything to promote the health of pregnant women and their fetuses?

Ladies: You're on your time of year, but you're "aroused", what do you do?

I see anti-drinking and smoking ads from robustness Canada at my doctors office. They also promote the early use of folic acerbic to help prevent the foetus from getting spina bifida etc. I saw those ads adjectives the time on buses. Its out there it just depends if you clear attention enough to see it. It should be more prominent though.

How to smell yourself!?

theres anti-smoking and anti-drinking ads not singular at the doctors office, but also on signs all over the place (subway and bus stops, etc). in that are also signs posted everywhere they serve alcohol. ive also seen ads on box.
