okay so today i used a tampon for the first time. AND I LOVE THEM! i had a small box of playtex gentle glide near a few i bought with my friend. its a little uncomfortable but i guess thats merely because todays the first day i tried them. i was wondering what brand you perfer and why. by the way i am 12 and a virgin. i be thinking about the brands-
playtex gentle glide
playtex sport
and tampax pearl

by the agency i want an applicator that is plastic, and i dont play any sports.

Answers:    Tampons are my best friend! And I would never buy anything different than tampox pearl! They are probably thee best i've ever used. They are extremely comfortable, easy to use, plastic with a rounded tip, and fray against leaks. If you said they are kind of uncomfortable, did you read the directions? Make sure not to bestow them in longer than 6 hours at a time! xo

Exact same thing but marketed differently surrounded by the two different countries, no clue why.

The prefer Tampax to Playtex because of the way the tampon expands. I don't find that Playtex absorbs as well and it ends up as a huge globe that is somewhat painful to remove even when saturated. Tampax absorb better for me and expands a little lengthwise and a little width perceptive so it's not uncomfortable to remove.

The Compak line of Tampax tampons is the best, in my evaluation, because one tube of the applicator is inside the other (and when you use it you just slide it until it's full sized) so the tampon in the package is singular half the size of any other Tampax or Playtex tampons but is still the same thing within the end. With it being so small it's nice and descreet, you can fit it in your closed paw and nobody would know what you were holding. Takes up less space in your purse or backpack too. They are plastic. I feel you should try this one out.

Birth control pills? YAZ?

I like all of them but I can't use them. I guess it depends on your flow etc. Um, for your first time using tampons you should have used the lowest flow type (light,moderate,heavy) because it's so much easier to insert and you own to relax! You should shop around and see what you really like, also you don't want to take it out before it's equipped to(that could be some of your pain right there,wait until it's be in for a couple hours before taking it out.) i like platex gentle skim. i just think it the best brand for me lol

but its up to u. watever brand u like is the one u should use. its ok to try several different brands too. i did that when i first get my period.

I just use the regular tampax ones and I find the easy to put surrounded by, comfortable, and reliable. In the end there's not much difference between different brands so just pick whichever you like

tampax pearl! within my opinion, it's the best! they glide very confidently, the applicator is plastic, and they stay put.
