Surgery or not?

I had my right ovary removed 8 years ago because of a dermoid cyst (11x6cm). 2 years ago they found another, smaller one in my vanished ovary. Have been keeping an eye on it with regular ultrasounds but my doctor is reluctant to remove it as she will own to take the ovary with it - putting me into precipitate menopause (I'm 36).

I am aware of the risks (increased chance of osteoperosis, heart disease, breast cancer), but I am now suffering increasing pelvic stomach-ache, which is causing lower back spasm and other issues.

If this was happening to you, what would you do? Have the surgery and accord wirh the risks? Or try and cope with the pain?

Birth control oblige?

That is a easier said than done choice. I guess I would deal with the spasm. Just depends how bad the pain is and how capably you can tolerate the pain. Every person is different here is some whom are sensitive to pain and others whom aren't

How can I cause myself more sensitive?

you now what...i muse i would have the surgery.i had really doomed to failure lungs and the only way for me to get hold of better is a transplant and i never had surgery before..m risk be liver failure and loss of hair and other things but i took it and i be aware of wayy better...i do have osteoperosis...but if youre really hurting i think you should get hold of it...i dont know its up to you!!
