My twins are going to be four in july. I breast fed them exclusivly for 6 mo, later my supply couldnt keep up with the constraint. They liked formula better, so i quit. sad point is, I have never dried up. I still make milk, it expresses exceedingly easily...when I do self breat exams it will come out..my boobs are sore all the time, and I own had a biospy done on a breast lump 6 years ago, it was purely fibrocystic breast lumps...but this is obnoxious..I hurt all the time. I cant play rough with the kids, or agree to them cuddle too much, b/c the boobs dont like to be touched. severe pain. average activity doesnt hurt, but should I be worried? I mean, Im 23, contained by relatively good health, but beside high blood pressure. I also have no insurance and no doctor...what do I do? a moment ago ignore it like I enjoy been? Like my bp?

Try Planned Parenthood. They charge you a fee base on your income and lack of insurance. They deal beside lots of female problems before, during and after pregnancy. If you are surrounded by the US you should be able to find one close to your area. I've hear wonderful things about them from friends and they don't just concordat with pregnancy issues. If you are outside of the US, look up clinics in your nouns. There are many places that try to provide care to family that can't afford it. You can get help, you a moment ago have to start looking for it.

If you're not breast feeding afterwards you shouldn't be making milk. You should be able to dry up and since you're not then manifestly there's a problem. My expressing the milk you're also encouraging your body to make more even though it helps get hold of rid of the pain and pressure that you'd have otherwise. This is a problem for you and it shouldn't be scheduled so go find a clinic or place like Planned Parenthood and seize some help.
