Yeast infections are contagious. Sounds like you've already given it to your guy--I'm guessing he's the one who told you about the partiality. If he's already got the oral yeast infection (thrush), you've probably got it, too, in recent times from kissing. That's why both partners should be treated for the same yeast infection.
