I just had a biopsy done on my cervix yesterday. When will my crotch be posterior to normal?.I feel similar to my hole is swollen shut. How long does this take to heal? I keep hold of feeling sharp pains from where they took out the tissue sample. This hurts so bad.

I have HPV so every six months I am required to hold biopsies on my Cervix. The first time I ever had it done they took off the top branch of lining of my cervix. It will hurt for quite some time I took tylenol in the past and after the procedure. Also but a heating pad on your lower belly this should help with internal swelling and discomfort. I know what it's close to to have biopsies and the opening is not swollen shut, the headache and heat just feel that way.

Also, did they put a "solution" inside after they were done slicing and dicing?

a friend of mines have one late last year she said it hurt close to hell but that the doctor told her to take a motrin and that the pain would subside within a couple of days.
