Please Help- Do I Need To Worry About My Weight?
My weight fluctuates between 143-150.
I don't look fat or over-weight and everybody tells me that I look skinny, but my doctor said I requirement to watch it.
I have a lot of muscle from horseback riding, but do I really stipulation to worry? Is it fine for someone of my height to weight this much if its muscle?
I'm lacto-vegetarian and eat pretty healthily. I exercise 3-4 times a week for 2-3 hours each time.

Your BMI is in the majority range even if you weigh 150. I'm sure you don't look overweight. I would suggest getting a new doctor. Personally, I've never had a doctor who would notify me to lose weight if I didn't need to, but I've heard other folks who say that happened to them. When my mom was contained by her 20s, 120-130lbs and 5'5" one doctor told her to watch her weight, and she was disgusted.Doctors are associates too, subject to their own crazy biases. If you exercise that much, I'm sure you're fine. (Weight fluctuation isn't that great for your health, but exercising is a great way to maintain weight). If possible, I'd suggest getting a hot doctor. If you would rather not, politely tell him/her that your weight is surrounded by the normal range and that you exercise frequently, and you would rather focus on more central health issues.

Dont get obssed with it OK, you`re fine. At first i though you are over shipment, cuz i am 5.9 and my ideal weight is 140.But since you are working out,that is muscle and explicitly good. I gained wight when i started working out too,and i was close to ,WTF. but then, i asked this trainer (a)the gym an he told to not worry, cuz that is muscle mass. ;)
