Period backing please! have my extent at arts school!?
Answers: if its really heavy next u might want to wear a pad and tampon at the same time so it wont filter then when u think u obligation to change it you can always ask to jump to the bathroom if they dont let you go up to their desk and be similar to im having a girl problem and they should let you travel
good luck.
Use a tampon and a pad at like time. That should prevent leaks while you're at school. Go to the bathroom every hour or hour and a partially to check if you're leaking. Bring plenty of pads or tampons next to you in your backpack so you can change your stuff as needed. If you're worried just about leaving class with your backpack, you can gain thin pads and really small tampons (O.B. is the brand) that you can fit surrounded by your pants pocket so nobody will know what you're doing.
Take naproxen sodium for the cramps. It's an over the counter pain hired gun that works especially well for menstrual cramps!.
OK for the cramps:take MIDOL!! thats my lifesavor! lol.Advil also works and I hear that Pamprin does too.
For the pads/tampons:Carry 2 or 3 extra ones in your backpack (depending on how heavy it is).If you havent started nonetheless and u think u mite, wear pantiliners.
"Happy Period": One word...CHOCOLATE =] lol.
I think everyone answered your ask about the leaking division.
For the cramps try this. It works for me. Try to take Motrin. Two every four hours until you get home. Also along near it try the heat wraps for Menstural Cramps. The combination works really well.
I hope this help. Hang in there girl. (((Hugs)))! .
get extra pads in your backpack. if you run out the academy nurse always has extras contained by her office. Just tell the don I need to go see the nurse, wisper it so the in one piece class doesn't hear you. Change your pad/tampon every time you switch classes, and if you don't switch classes often then ask to budge to the bathroom during class..
take ibroprufen, or painrelieve plls before u travel 2 school each morning
