Just remember tampons have to be removed and changed regularly (about every 4 hours) to avoid a special but potentially fatal condition called toxic shock syndrome.

You need to first let your mom know that you started your term. Let her know that you need to talk to her privately almost something personal. Then when you get to another room let her know that your term has started.
As for the going to the beach to swim you will individual be able to use a tampon but you will have to gossip to your mom about that to see if she says it's ok for you to do and later let her know you need sustain in learning how to work next to tampons if she says it's ok to use tampons..
You have pretty much two option.
Put a pad in your swim suit and don't get hold of wet.
Or, put a tampon in and later you can swim. It's really easy to do and there are directions contained by the box. It might take a couple of times to get it right, but once you do, you are gonna be sooo appreciative it's in!! Tampons are a girl's bestfriend, trust me!
Plus, you should tell your mom..
okay you're particularly gonna need a tampon. here's how you put it in:
okay, first, relax! second, sit on the toilet, beside your feet together and knees apart. then, put the tampon up here. once its in there rather, put it towards your lower back. when your fingers hit your body, hold the tampon with your disappeared hand and push the applicator in beside your right hand. then remove. it shouldn't hurt at first, but may be humiliated. sitting really helped me when i first started :] make sure to bring extra tampons when you budge!

To swim, you need a tampon. If you get within the water with a wipe or without anything, when you get out, you will bleed and everyone will see it! Tampons are confident, just read the directions and do one as a practice to see how they work before you try to in fact put one in. Just talk to mum. You contemplate she doesnt know.. but she does your laundry. She is probably just waiting for you to ask her some questions.
As for dying from using tampons.. this is call toxic shock... you need to change your tampon every 4 hours or so. (I dont know how regularly.. depends on your flow... but you don't leave the same one within for days).
I'm honestly not trying to scare you..but talk to your mom! Women although RARE can die from tampons.i go to school with a girl who did...it be really sad. we were surrounded by 9th grade, 90 % of our homeroom went to the funeral home and spent the time there...guys and girls. Even a huge portion of the older class go to either the day visitation or the dark service. but, you need to know all the FACTS!! I completely seldom use a tampon-even the small ones kill me. you should tell your mom first of adjectives, and using a tampon isnt that difficult, just read the directions itll take practice though, and if you still dont know how to use the tampons, only go in in need the pad .
You could use the tampon but as soon as your out of the water trade name sure you change it. The water absorb into the tampon. As far as using it the instructions in the box are easy to follow. read the box and it will tail you what to do
