At my last gynecology exam, the doctor could not proceed normally because my pipe is too tight and painful when the tried to examine me. He suggested I use a certain product - it is a medical tool, a set of tubes for self-penetration (but NOT dildos). The tubes come contained by a set with gradually increasing size so I can win used to stretching my hymen to where it needs to be for my subsequent exam.
