i'm not sexually active and it doesn't really hurt except a little burning sensation occasionally, but it smelling really strongly, not impossible smelling just a strong scent. does anyone know why??

It may be an infection- you don't want to be sexually active to get an infection. Your doctor will be capable of carry out swabs and treat you with appropriate antibiotics. If it is stinging whilst you urinate it could be (also) a UTI which would also have need of treating. Make sure you drink plenty of water and cranberry juice also help. i would say some kind of infection - any yeast or urinary, neither are serious, but you will need to go to a doctor. you will simply procure a course of medication to take. nothing to verbs about!
