IUD perforation symtoms?

I have had my Mirena IUD in place for almost a year in a minute...Feb the 14th I started having excruciating pain in my pelvic nouns. I couln't move for over 30 minutes..my husband insisted on taking me to the ER but I told him I'd take a warm bath and it sort of go away with that. Today I had a similar situation only this happen under my right breast, under my rib cage. It be a very similar, sharp, stabbng pain like the one from a few days ago. My query is, has anyone experienced this and am I experiencing displacment/perforation symptoms? My daughter had her one her appointment two days ago and I told the doctor [he's our family doctor] roughly speaking the pain...he said I shoul make an appointment for myself so that we could see whats is wrong. Their office is closed until Monday, do you judge I should wait it out, or is it life threatening? Sorry...so many question!

My Mum have found a lump on...

Answers:    From the talks prior to my Mirena insertion I am under the impression that perforation can single happen during the insertion.

That doesn't mean I wouldn't go to the ER. There are several things it could be - it doesn't have to have anything to do with your IUD.

You said "excruciating cramp." Go.

I ve get vaginal problem plz abet...

Generally perforation does happen right after placement, however it is possible for it to happen even years after placement. A woman in one of my war arts fighting groups had hers perforate and actually punctured her kidney.
You would know if that happen though, it's not something that can happen without your knowing, it happens because of a trauma.

I would form an appointment and get it checked out. Any pain like that should be checked out by a doctor.

Cant use tampons. Have a healthy time?

I freshly had the Paragard IUD inserted about a month ago. It is my understanding that the perforation usually happen when it is being inserted. However, if you are experiencing pain like this, I would specifically go and get it checked out. It is better to be safe than sorry. It also help to find out what is wrong, so that you don't worry yourself sick. Best of luck!
