Same problem i am usually 9 stone 3 newly had baby girl go to 13half stone now down to 10stone ten been excersicing dieting tryed everything and no issue what i do it just ain budging seriously feel approaching topping myself its soooo depresing dont know how fat people do it I am struggling myself but I lose somewhat weight each time by drinking cinnamon and honey near hot water in the morning partially an hour before breakfast and half an hour formerly bed .
3 meals a day
no snacking
and as much exercise as you can
