I have taken BCP for 11 years now and hold decided to stop this month to try and get pregnant. I get my period April 16th and started taking the pill April 21st. In the meantime I decided to stop and haven't taken them since April 24th. I have unprotected sex 3x during this period. Since 4 days have passed since I've taken the pill I begin mid-cycle bleeding. What I want to know is if there is a chance of getting pregnant and if so should I own this bleeding on the "so-called placebo days" even if I am pregnant. How long should I wait to actually enjoy a home pregnancy test? or a blood test to that event? How early can the symptoms appear? And when you forget for so many days surrounded by a row, is your ovulation right after the day you've forgotten or some days ahead?

No, you're absolutely not even pregnant. If you had your term on the 16th and continued to take your pills, then they're starting to work. It also is going to bear at least a month for the birth control to get out of your system and for you to ovulate typically again. You can just scrap this month adjectives together and not even think about getting pregnant however. Your hormones need to regulate and your body has to swot up to ovulate again (which is hasn't been doing while you were on the BCP). About 2 weeks after your subsequent period will be when you'll ovulate - you can try then. If you try to achieve pregnant now (and you wouldn't even ovulate until the 30th anyway, but since you started the mini-pill, you won't) and your hormones are still out of whack you're not setting up the pregnancy for a very right start of healthy hormones and blood. It would be better if you did this smart and not rush it or else you run the risk of miscarriage or birth defect.
