Answers:    You are having a thoroughly NORMAL nervous reaction to man stressed out. Once your nervous system gets the "memo" from your brain that you are okay, you should touch better. I promise you it has nothing to do beside the tampon. When you remove it, keep in mind to a) RELAX and b) be aware that it's run of the mill to feel a little resistance. If your vaginal muscles are strained, you will feel more resistance (but it will still come out). If you get too worried, get into a warm tub for a while and do some Kegel's (contracting and relaxing the muscles that stop the flow of urination). It should moisten the tampon even more and make removal even easier. I'm guessing you'll be a tampon pro within the subsequent few months! .
Ive never heard of this or experienced it myself it certainly doesn't nouns normal to me. take the time to study yourself and how you feel, and do yourself a favor and look up information on toxic shock syndrome, just so you can draw from yourself up to speed and be able to keep an eye on yourself and your symptoms. And if your really worried switch to pad so you can figure out the problem and not get into a hoard of medical trouble by ignoring it keeping a tampon in.

Good Luck, hope you perceive better.
Not usually it could be stress or just the thought of it. If is causes you discomfort be in motion to a pad or talk to your Dr. no thats not average i would ask your gp
